About this assessment

This assessment scores two things: how deeply AI is actually embedded in day-to-day work (Adoption Maturity), and how well that use is governed (Risk Posture: policy, data handling, spend discipline). Ten short statements, a five-point scale, about three minutes. The two scores combine into one of six archetypes. A third score, Cost Efficiency, adds detail without changing which archetype you land on.
